Quotes and bookings
Moving work is arranged by phone. Anything discussed about scope, timing and access forms the basis of the booking — if details change, tell us as early as possible so the plan can change with them.
Your responsibilities
Unless packing help has been arranged, belongings should be packed, sealed and labelled before the crew arrives. Appliances should be disconnected, and clear access and truck parking provided at both addresses.
Our responsibilities
We carry, load, transport and unload your belongings with professional care, using hand trucks, ramps, strapping and stacking appropriate to the load.
